On social media, Scott has expressed a desire to shoot up an immigration center, lynch Black people, as well as support for the Ku Klux Klan and the Oklahoma City bombing.

Patryck Durham legally changed him name to Scott Wayne Durham on June 30th, 2025 at the Arapahoe County Court. The public notice of the name change was published in the July 17th issue of the Littleton Independent.
Scott Durham is currently enrolled at the University of Wyoming in Laramie.
