Patriot Front is a prominent neo-Nazi organization in the United States, with chapters in much of the continental U.S. This post will summarize our research on Patriot Front in Colorado, or as they call it, Network III. We will cover Patriot Front Network III’s known identities, tactics, and alliances so individuals and organizers can learn how to spot and understand them.
Active Members
We estimate that Patriot Front in Network III has 4-9 active members, below are identified members that we believe to be currently active in the organization. There are likely newer members who have not yet been publicly identified.
William Scott Planer aka (Wilson CO) – Elizabeth
Patryck Scott Durham aka (Kevin CO) – Aurora
Conor James Ryan aka (Francis CO) – Brighton
Calvin CO – Unknown
This goober was referred to as “Calvin” in leaked Patriot Front training videos in Colorado. If you have any information about him, you can Contact Us securely. Calvin CO is believed to live in northern Colorado, potentially near Fort Collins or Greeley.

Inactive Members
Nathan David Brenner (Ben CO) – Des Moines area, ID
Nathan Brenner moved from his mother’s Louisville, CO home to the Des Moines, ID area where he was promptly fired at his new job for his involvement in Patriot Front.
Forrest Clark Rankin (Jesse CO) – Lorenzo, TX
Following Nathan Brenner’s lead, Forrest fled Colorado in 2022, likely to stay with his family in Lorenzo, TX.
Dillon Thomas Oakes (John CO) – Highlands Ranch
Dillon Oakes left Patriot Front shortly before their failed 2021 D.C. march, claiming to have received a door knock from the FBI. After we outted his involvement in the white supremacist organization, he tried to claim he was actually just infiltrating Patriot Front, and sent us as much information about his former komrades as he could remember, as if it was detailed notes he took while inside PF.
While we do work with former white nationalists who sincerely want to leave the movement, Nazis who pretend to have never been Nazis to escape consequences do not qualify.
Tactics
Physical Propaganda
Patriot Front’s primary form of activism are stickers, posters, and graffiti they put up and then take pictures of for their social media accounts. Members are required to put up stickers once a week and are required to buy them from the Thomas Rousseau, the organization’s leader so he doesn’t have to get a job.
Members are expected to travel to different towns within their region to put up this propaganda in order to create the appearance of an outsized reach.
Patriot Front also very occasionally does banner drops.
Hikes & Martial Arts Training
Patriot Front members occasionally go on hikes and camping trips together.
Patriot Front members in Colorado also train in martial arts.
Travel To Marches
Network 3 does not organize their own marches and rallies, but do travel out of state other Patriot Front actions.

Alliances
Active Club
We believe that Patriot Front in Colorado has overlapping membership with Front Range Active Club.
Asatru Folk Assembly
William Planer, who serves as a network node between several fascist circles is also a member of Asatru Folk Assembly, the white supremacist neo-Pagan organization.
White Lives Matter Colorado
A former Patriot Front member has informed us that Patriot Front has a relationship with White Lives Matter Colorado, though we have not been able to corroborate this claim.
History of Patriot Front in Colorado
Patriot Front in Colorado has gone through 2-3 iterations since we first started organizing against them in 2018.
In 2018, we took a Patriot Front banner down in Monument and used it to raise $800 for the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition.
This Patriot Front crew fell into inactivity and was likely revived by Samuel Cordova in 2019. After identifying Sam and creating some consequences for him, Patriot Front fell back into inactivity before being revived into it’s current iteration in 2020 without him.
How You Can Help
Take Down PF Propaganda
If you see Patriot Front propaganda around, take it down. Don’t just post a photo of it on social media, they really like that. There is a common myth that nazis regularly put razor blades behind their stickers and posters. We only know two instances of this ever happening, and only one that injured anyone, because razors are easy to spot under stickers.
You can cover up the stickers with your own or remove them with a razor.
